As the Heat’s opening order struggled on 3-41, left-hander Sam Heazlett struck a ball deep into the crowd camped out on the hill.
An eager spectator soon came into frame launching himself over unsuspecting patrons in a bid to glove the catch.

As the ball rebounded off his hand, it appeared the crowd catch had been lost, before another fan emerged from behind to pluck it one-handed.
With a box of chips spilt and the gentlemen quickly scurrying back his seat, the Fox Cricket commentary team were left in stitches.
“Poor old buddy to the left has copped a knee to the back of the head,” Adam Gilchrist said.
“He’s not happy. This is sensational. This is Big Bash cricket at its best.”
“This is why there should be a hill at every ground,” added Mike Hussey.
After a rocky start, a late spur by James Bazley (44/27*) helped the Heat set a competitive run chase of 150 at the end of their innings.
