Fitness coach Joe Wicks took to Instagram to show before and after photos of his three-month transformation
Joe Wicks showed off his impressive body transformation after spending three months bulking up while in Lose Angeles.
He had goals of getting more sleep and getting stronger, and now that Joe reached a goal, he took to Instagram to share the news.
The Body Coach, 36, uploaded a side-by-side before and after picture to his page. He also posted another snap showing everyone a side angle.
“My 3 month progress,” he started. “I set myself two main goals when I landed in LA three months ago. No 1 was to get more sleep because back home my sleep isn’t consistent and I don’t get enough.
“I spend too long sitting up on my phone working, watching late night TV or playing Call of Duty with my mates online until midnight. The 2nd goal was to get stronger.”
Joe added: “To lift heavier weights and get progressively stronger each week just by adding a few extra kilograms or pushing out a few extra reps.”
He went on to explain how he learned the sleep ‘is the foundation that everything stands on’.
Getting more sleep and better sleep helps the coach ‘wake up with more energy to train harder’.
“When I’ve slept well I also make better food choices. I’ve been asleep about 9.30pm most nights and trained consistently 6 days a week at 6am for 3 months,” he said.
“The challenge for me when I’m back home is to maintain this routine. I’m going to do my best to stick to it because i’m fitter and stronger than I’ve ever been and the sacrifices feel worth it.”
Fans and friends were in awe over the epic transformation and took to the comment section to compliment the fitness star.
“YESSSSSSSSSS,” one user commented while another said: ” The tan and the gains both looking strong Joe!”

The fitness coach even took to his Instagram Stories and asked his followers whether they would be interested in seeing more about his transformation.
Meanwhile, Joe became one of the most famous fitness coaches after he helped families across the UK keep fit during the peak of the coronavirus lockdown.
As schools were forced to close, with parents and guardians teaching their kids from home, Joe offered a helping hand by hosting PE lessons from his house.
He hosted his last PE lesson in July of 2020. He even has an app called The Body Coach where he helps people reach their goals through exercise and healthy eating.
