Rylan Clark has undergone an impressive body transformation after finding that fitness helped him improve his mental health.
Rylan, 33, split from his husband Dan Neal earlier this year, and has spoken candidly about how much he struggled after their split.
The It Takes Two host then became “dangerously thin”, but has since packed on the pounds in muscle mass after teaming up with Scott Harrison.
Rylan, who stands at 6ft 4, dropped below 10 stone in the wake of his break-up.
Rylan’s brother went on to recommend that he reach out to Scott, and the pair has since become “best friends”.

The 33 year old told The Sun: “When I started feeling more myself I wanted to feel more confident in my body.
“My brother recommended Scott and we became best friends. It’s been amazing. This isn’t the end goal — it’s just phase one.
“Getting fit and looking after my body has saved me. Fitness has given me a goal.”
Rylan went on to credit his fitness regime for improving his mental health.
“It’s done more for my mental health than it has for my body, which is a crazy thing to say because you can physically see the body change,” he explained.
“For my head, it was the best distraction, and at the same time it was a way to release a lot of emotion and focus on something other than what’s going on around me.”
He continued: “Last year I properly lost myself. I wanted to get me back and make a better version.”
While Rylan looks undeniably fantastic, the transformation didn’t come easy for the TV host as he admitted he found the eating part quite difficult.
To get to where he is now, he had to eat nine times a day and consume a lot of protein.
Scott also had Rylan cut out alcohol from his diet, but he admitted that he would “fall off the wagon” every so often and treat himself to a glass of wine.
Rylan’s figure isn’t the only thing he changed following his split from Dan; the 33 year old also debuted new hair and new teeth when featuring on Lorriane the other week.
The former X Factor star quipped to Lorraine Kelly that he was going through a “midlife crisis”.
